Karol Vallée is a Belgian painter. A trained stylist and energy therapist, her paintings are designed to inspire reflection, provide serenity and stimulate creativity.
Inspiration
Karol Vallée draws inspiration in part from her first job as a stylist to create material effects, gradients, transparencies, harmonizations of bright and shimmering colors, sensations of movement and depth. She also uses her job as an energy healer, a method that consists of harmonizing the vital energies of the body and mind. She uses painting as a tool for transmutation, transposing onto the canvas the energy flows that she perceives. Her works of very colorful and luminous compositions represent geometric shapes that sometimes harmonize with the elements of nature. Her works offer a portal to meditation, relaxation and the blossoming of the imagination.
Career
Karol Vallée discovered her vocation for art at a very early age. Daughter of a father who was also a painter, she grew up in a creative and stimulating environment. From childhood, she spent her free time in art academies, where she learned painting techniques. She was fascinated by abstract painting which allowed her to express her emotions and ideas without being limited to conventional shapes and colors. She developed her own style based on spontaneity and richness of nuances. Her works are a mixture of messages and sensations that invite the viewer to enter the parallel worlds of their imagination.
